Pending Action Destroyer for Multiplayer/COOP

Have u ever Played with your friends and u level up your lords and heroes or build buildings and this annoying msg just popup in the middle of the screen and block your life ?.

This is a simple mod that will Disable the annoying popup msg "Pending Action".

This will let u to do everything u want like normal turns except to move lords and heroes until of course your friends will decide what to do in the battle screen.

from patch 5.1.1:
ok so CA hard locked the pending action(I don't know why) so that's what we have for now, I will try to find a fix for it but I don't think its possible for now.

from what I tested if you were in the middle of something like level up lords or build in your settlement u can still do it when pending action is active but if u click outside your lord or settlement then u cant return to do other things(better then nothing I guess).

-diplomacy button is blocked and for now it will stay like that because CA didn't make COOP stable enough so when u use diplo when pending action is active ur game will crash.

-This mod will enable all diplomacy options for all human factions this was the only way for now to fix the diplomacy crash.

-players can still initiate diplomacy with a double click on an enemy army or a city when pending action is active this can lead sometimes to a game crash/desync I did some fix but I need feedback on that so here is the version with the.

should work with all mods and safe to add and remove mid game
