Houses Around Here

This is the first house in a new series of houses found around Pittsburgh, and the Southwestern Pennsylvania area. The name is a nod to a show of the same name and topic hosted by Rick Sebak that aired on WQED (PBS), though none of the houses will have been specifically from the show. The first series of these houses are created specifically for Gaseous Stranger's new Pittsburgh series on Youtube.

This particular house comes from a row on Evergreen Road just off of I-279 North, and typifies the turn of the century Victorians found throughout the city.

Level 3 growable (2 tile wide lot) There are no lot variations included, but there are four brick color variations included for additional variety.

@markka88: Thank you. It will function fine without the required items, the path and shrub props just won't show up in game and they may be reported as missing when you load the game if you use Loading Screen Mod (I have tons of missing items show up in mine, it doesn't affect anything)

Thank you all for the other comments, I do appreciate them even though I sometimes fail at acknowledging them in a timely manner.

Have a number of these in my area near Hershey! Though (dont know if could be done) they use brownstone, gives them a unique look. They look really cool! And would be fun to use.
Are the required items really needed?
Cant wait to see more!

You can find these houses on the other side of Pennsylvania as well, in those nicer historic areas of Philadelphia believe it or not, around Lincoln Drive in Mount Airy and in Chestnut Hill.
