I have seen many tutorials on how to leave the endless load, from all of my tries, the best I had was uninstalling the game and restarting steam, the installing again, try that to see how it goes

I suggest trying to unistall the game and install it back.
I tried many things to make the game work after it refused to open and got stuck on loading screen, from all of them, unistalling and installing back worked for me.
Hopefully it will work for you too.

I was stuck on the background screen after loading, I restarted my computer to clear cache and manually changed where I'd load(the map) into. I'm going to try again later to see if anything worked.

did you tried the steps and got stuck on the loading screen or you got stuck out of the loading screen?
