The fish farm obviously. But also the 'CC: Mega Mod'. A few minor resource boosting mods; Like Fishing docks intensified, more leather, more stone, more logs. A 1:1 aging mod (there are a few out there). And the 'Hard Labor' mod that increases movement and carry capacity.
