Physical: All at level 1. You get no choice.

Social: Choose either Charisma or Appearance depending on what sort of childe of Malkov you are.

Mental: Put all in Intelligence. This will help intimidation and reading books for extra skills.

Talents: Put the point in Brawl. You want to feed on the unwilling as well as the willing.

Skills: Choose Melee or Firearms to put the points in. This will help when things get messy.

Knowledges: Put all three of the points Scholarship. This will help with convincing people to do stuff in a peaceful way and reading.

Put your Discipline point in Obfuscate. The second level is wickedly good. It allows you to be invisible while crouched and moving. It is super useful for stealth missions.

To best maximize this build choose Bats**t Crazy or Subtly Insane.
These may lower dodge or make Obfuscate harder to get but you already got that second level in Obfuscate and without that pesky dodge you can wear the heaviest armors without caring about the negatives.
Another reason to choose either of these is because they boost your Dementation. One lowers the cost and one makes it last longer and makes them more powerful.
The choice is up to you on which of these two histories to choose but both are fun so there is no wrong answer.

As a final note, you can change some of the Skills and Knowledges to have some Lockpicking by adding to Security or add some Hacking with the Computer skill.
