This guide presents every enemy and boss in the game, showing what they are, what they do, and where they can be found. It's meant to act as more of a catalogue rather than a guide on how to deal with the enemies and bosses.

For now, the final boss is fully spoilered.

Spawn locations do not include upgrades from the burden of evolution, challenge arenas, or commanders. The next tier up can always spawn from the burden of evolution, and tier three enemies can always spawn from challenge arenas or commanders. "No natural spawns" refers to enemies that cannot spawn without any of those three things.

All bosses and scar-unique enemies can be found near the end of the guide. Their names in the table of contents are spoilered so you don't have to see anything you don't want to see. Normal boss content is not hidden, but all prime bosses and scar enemies are.
(Steam doesn't format spoilers well, especially images, so there's nothing I can do about the empty space caused by those.)

Eyes: Scout, Pupil, Visionary


Scout

Attacks:

  • Creates a large explosion around himself, and shoots out a spread of fireballs in every direction.
  • Summons six void balls around you, which home inward.
  • Lunges toward you and attempts to attack.
  • Summons a large pillar that goes from the top to the bottom of the arena, which remains for several seconds.
  • Does multiple AoE attacks around the arena, which summon blue cursed projectiles that home in on you.

Sun Tower Boss: Estuary Irad


The eyes all share the same health bar. Debuffs are not spread across every eye, but debuffs that deal damage do it to all three. For example, if one eye had burn then every eye would take damage from it, but having armour break on one eye wouldn't make them all take extra damage if you hit another.

The eyes attack independently of eachother, but can sometimes sync up.

  • Shoots a rotating spiral of blue fireballs.
  • Creates a quick explosion around an eye.
  • Shoots out a wave of void walls.
  • Shoots two resonant orbs that slowly home in on you.

  • Aims toward you before bouncing off of walls, leaving behind a lingering trail. Can be redirected by most attacks.

Gyges the Axe

Attacks:
  • Quickly spins around for a long time, trying to cut into you.
  • Spins and blasts four flamethrowers to its top, bottom, and sides, shooting out fireballs in random directions.
Pishon Dry Lake Boss: Estuary Tubal

  • Shoots two void waves in either direction which reach from the floor to the ceiling.
  • Creates an explosion around himself and summons three of the same automaton, which must take four hits and a short time before becoming vulnerable and dying in a single hit.
  • Leaps in the air and slams down, causing flaming swords to slowly rain down from above.
  • Briefly conjures lightning, making the entire floor and the space right above him damage you.
  • Shoots out several red cursed projectiles that home in on you.
  • Strikes his hammer down, creating two large buzzsaws that move to the sides.

  • Coeus Shell Mk. II: Receives a charge every time she takes damage. After three charges, she takes no damage on the fourth hit.
  • Voltaic Crown: Slowly charges up over time. Once fully charged, a damaging AoE is summoned around her, which damages you but does not cause any knockback. It lasts a few seconds before needing to be charged again.
  • Vanguard's Legion: Creates a void pillar every time she dashes, at the point where the dash began.
  • Marble Masterpiece: Shoots two magma balls upward every time she lands on the ground, after being airborne for any reason.

Zyorbs only spawn if you have the burden of evolution, and they'll upgrade from Yorbs.

I just want to say that it seems that the Zyorb (yellow spikey ball) only seems to be able to spawn in areas where the Yorb spawns but only if you have the burden of adaption trait. I only say this becuase I have not seen it anywhere else in any room until now

There's sometimes a bug where a certain enemy doesn't show up in the credits even if you've killed them, but it's certainly obtainable.

Thanks for reminding me. Currently they only spawn there as a placeholder for when a knut was meant to spawn but couldn't for one reason or another, but that'll likely be changed in the future.

Just a bit of a heads-up Scouts can be seen in the Pishon Dry Lake for no real reason why shown, it's quite weird but it is a known location for them
