@Lampros Cathay does not have a problem with corruption, but their access to corruption reducing effects is limited and factionwide. Landmark buildings within Cathay are you primary source of corruption reduction iirc. Most of the landmarks give a factionwide Untainted buff.

Without these landmarks though (Some can be owned by other Cathayans) your Untainted is very limited.
