The inconvenience from this is mitigated by the inclusion of Drones, which can be used to automatically move items from place to place. Throughput would be based on travel distance and how many Drones you have.
I wont be updating the guide for now unless there's a significant change in extracting or new ore that's extract able. Currently i'm waiting for the game to have significant updates before i play it again.
Thank you all for getting this to the second highest rated guide of all time for this game, as of the time of this comment.
Also - just for anyone trying to mine Uranium, definitely go to the one in this guide past the ravine/crevasse in the east. The other/newer Uranium mine by the Lush Highland area (just above the water) is super crampt and can only really fit 2-3 separate miners so it's not really an efficient place to scale up mining.
By the time you've unlocked the means to mine alloy you may start experiencing a purple asteroid event which bombards your base relentlessly. This one is an alloy asteroid, but you must collect it as the asteroids are falling as the alloy vanishes very quickly. Try to not be near the water when this event takes place so that the alloy lands on solid ground and is easier to find (unless you've covered the land with plants and buildings then you might struggle to find it.)
