First go to settings:




Then go to Accessibility or whaterver it's called:




Make sure both sliders are the further to the left:

Just don't go online, since these settings only work in offline mode.
So just go back to the menu, click PLAY and then OFFLINE:

Pull out the sword you bit dumb head.
JUst click on it and drag it up, It will come out as easy as (insert funny joke here):

All jokes aside, the cutscene is great, and it was worth making it easy just to see it, so enjoy.
