I just can't remember if I actually prepared the skins, is all. I don't think it affects things, really. It's just that when I made a common skin for the main troops of a faction, I realized that maybe it affected the performance

skins worked fine for me, has it made any difference on your end, I'd rather not have to update.

I updated the skins, I don't think I generated mipmaps, I think those are required for kenshi to load in smaller textures, probably not though. Like I do so many texture mods right, but I have no idea what I'm doing, VTFEdit I think does it on it's own so I never really learned what it was.
