You have perfect aim when not scoped. You can use SHIFT to hold your breath and stabilize the aim or lower your DPI for better precision.

One achievement for kill cumulatively until fifty.

From the main menu, there is the Gallery with five cards to be unlocked with accumulated points.

The cards cost, respectively, 1k, 1.5k, 2k , 2.5k and 3k.
