This is probably the only game I've seen where the Steam Badges actually effect something In-game, even if it's only a minor note on the title screen.

Regardless, I'm so obsessed with this game I knew I'd eventually have to get round to picking up those cards.
Even if their market price was pretty unreasonable I must say they have some nice digital goodies.
