[VJ] Azur Lane SNPCs : KMS Prinz Eugen

Only VJ Base and USS Laffey is needed, nothing else is required.

Mainly use this SNPC in Water/Sea/Ocean Maps.

This Addon Includes 1 SNPC :

= KMS Prinz Eugen, a Cheeky, Teasing, and Sarcastic Heavy Cruiser from Iron Blood

= KMS Prinz Eugen =
- All her stats used in-game are derived from her actual Azur Lane stats.
- Armed with Twin 203mm Guns (SK C/34), 533mm Quadruple Homing Torpedo Mount, and Twin 105mm AA (SK C/33).
- Has a ghost auxiliary gun (blue shells) due to being a Torpedo Heavy Cruiser
- Main Battery fires 2 AP shells (can pass through the first target) three times in each volley.
- Releases 4 Torpedoes with a moderate spread (homing) when encountering targets that are in contact with water.
- Attacks flying targets with her Anti Air Guns.
- Main Gun Rigging can also move around and track targets and will reset when no enemies are present.

= Skills =
- Unbreakable Shield : Every 20s, 70% chance for her to spawn 3 rotating shields that absorb 10 shots each which lasts for 10s.
- All Out Assault : Every 6 times the main battery is fired, triggers Full Barrage.
