Rudat is a planet inside of another galaxy that is very safe to live on top of and colonize. After Earth got so polluted in 7057 to the point where humanity's survival there was completely impossible, a few humans were drafted to colonize Rudat. After a while, more and more humans got sent to Rudat. A maximum of 2750 people were taken, including presidents of countries and governments of those countries.
