A small house by a lake, you can find it by following the railroad tracks to the left in the southeast of the map, you'll come to a dirt path by a fence, just off the tracks, its roughly where I marked the blue circle on the vanilla map screenshot

Thanks @Ladez, I originally made it for myself and my friends play through which is why I probably didn't give the best details on here. I added those requirements it had so people could use it easier. Do you mind if I use some of your screenshots on the mod screenshots?

The map requires Dylan's Tile Pack, Daddy Dirkie dirks tiles, and throttlekitty's tiles.

This is actually quite nice for a remote base location. It doesn't appear on the in-game map, but you can just imagine that it's because of its remoteness.
