Outlast A-Like Hands SWEP

I was inspired by Outlast, and wanted to have a similar controls when i was playing horror missions.
But it can be suitable with anything.

• See your hands when you perform different actions
  
• Animation for runnig, jumping, swiming, flying, crouching, defending, pushing
  
• Compatible (And work really well!) with VMAnip vaulting/mantling
  
• Pseudo-camera move
