Death by Hazards
To begin, you need to enter level A03, then:
1) Hit a red triangle (hereinafter referred to as "Spike"), and complete step 2.
2) Then, after you hit the spike, repeat step 1.

Enjoy never ending death!
Suicide
To begin, you need to enter a level then press the "R" button on your keyboard* then continue until you're satisfied.

*the button may be different if you use a controller.

4/5 guide. Gives several easy ways to die. However, it doesn't tell you how to die to other traps (such as falling spikes and fireworks) and doesn't tell you what to do if you don't have level A03 unlocked.
