描述
In the years after the nuclear war, peoples returned to the ground from shelters and bunkers. However, this area is still unsafe. In addition to the imminent depletion of reserves of living materials, the residual radioactive pollutants in the environment are also threatening the health of residents at all times. As a new development commander selected by the former government, can you lead the survivors to rebuild civilization from scratch on the ruins?

surprisingly fun for a scenario without insurgents. having to take things one step at a time on mega brutal added a bit of difficulty to it, as well. nice job :spiffo:

Interesting scenario, cool idea for a no-insurgent scenario. It does have a few issues - the high corruption makes it mostly unwinnable on Mega Brutal, though it works fine on lower difficulties. Also, the scenario doesn't give you much of a challenge once you have the initial few zones stable, but considering the nature of the scenario that's a little inevitable. Overall, I really like it!
