When interpereting this sequence as morse code you get this:

Now we need to insert the right spacing however none of the spacings make a lot of sense
If you make spaces like: --- ....- - it means O4T.
If you make spaces like: --- .... - - it means OHTT.
If you make spaces like: --- .... -- it means OHM.

If you make spaces like: - - - - . ... - it means TTTTEST.
If you make spaces like: - --- .... - it means TOHT
If you make spaces like: ---- ....- it means Ĥ4
If you make spaces like: ---- . ...- it means ĤEV
H is actually .... but the website[morsedecoder.com] translates ---- to Ĥ

Another Theory is that it should mean SOS but he screws it up:
