Weapon Upgrades
Here you see the all Location for the Weapon Upgrades in Sniper Elite 3.

There are 15 Upgrades and they count for the 100% Achievement (Dedicated soldier) .The Game has Tracker which you have and which not, the only Display is when you collect a Upgrade and under the Point Statistik in the Main Menu. There is no way to see what you have and what not.

A lot of effort put into this for nothing because the timelines are all wrong making it impossible to locate the diaries/collectible cards etc.

For some reason on mission 4 I am not able to perform the long shot since that officer in the window does not appear. Any help?

Если вы были убиты и пропустили последний апгрейд - есть способ найти его, не переигрывая всю миссию заново.
Просто сделайте сохранение, до того момента, как взорвутся заряды на складе(и вы побежите к лифту)- активируя кут сцену.
Теперь, после смерти - выходите из игры, снова запустите её, загрузив сохранение игры. Солдат с апгрейдом будет на месте!

If you have been killed and missed the last upgrade - there is a way to find it is not replaying the whole mission again.

Just make a save, until such time as the charges explode in stock (and you run to the elevator) - activating сut scene.

Now, after death - out of the game, run it again, load the saved game.
The soldier with the upgrade will be in place!

Mission 2 well, well, well achievement. There's actually 4 wells. Tried it a couple of times with the 3 shown here but no ach., as soon as I put a body in 4th well the ach. came up. http://i.imgur.com/cSgIwA0.jpg <-- map with locations marked (from another guide)
