Better Chemlights

Better Chemlights adjusts the collision of the lights to prevent them from clipping into the ground/falling straight through.

In testing 99% of the time the lights performed how they should and there we're no clipping issues.
(Note however that other small objects like rugs or some dirt/foliage might not have any collision itself in which case the light will fall through or the collision could be really small and can also cause the same issue)
