changes the music of death to the music of "It's Just A Burning Memory" from the album "everywhere at the end of time"

changes:
music when the player died
music when the whole team died
tag sound when another survivor died
L4D version

I know that there is already such an addon, but there is no sound when the whole team is dead and there are no tags.
