Now here's the tricky part, Do you see that Number 0 in your keyboard just above letters? Press it and just like that, You're hitting the boof in Dusk.

Now that you know how to smoke in Dusk, You can enjoy wandering through the levels while smoking in-game (And maybe irl too! But i personally don't recommend it.)
