NCE for Shinobi Armor

A continuation of No Cut Efficiency applied to Daemonic Spoder's Shinobi Armor

I couldn't find a NCE patch for this on the workshop, so I went ahead and took the liberties of modifying the files to bring them in line with the other armor packs that I downloaded. I hope that this helps someone else who was searching for this.
