Show Weapon Stats, MP 41.66+

Beskrivelse
*Heavy WIP*
No more do you have to keep going to the wiki page to see what a weapon does, this mod allows all players to see some important but hidden weapon stats. There are a few extra stats for firearms as well. Shows how much your weapon level modifies the weapon stats.

Compatible with MP 41.66+
Shows modded weapon stats
NOT YET compatible with other tooltip modifying mods such as Show Clothes Material

Known bugs:
Doesn't fully function on belt/back hotbar/close to the bottom of the screen

Future improvements:
Improved mod compatibility
Precalculated damage formula
Translation

Hi, I added some features and would like to issue a pull request.

New features include:
* Gun noise radius and volume
* Change to "Break Chance" to display the weapon's condition lower chance along with MaintenanceMod * 2
* Tree damage break chance

If you're no longer updating the mod, may I have your permission to upload my version with the new features?
