To fix audio stutter, try your best to limit/lock the game's frame rate to EXACTLY 60fps; via Nvidia Control Panel or whichever way you choose to go about it.

I guess that it's being caused by the video render rate fluctuating over/under 60fps with the audio unable to variate it's own render rate with it, whilst simultaneously trying to remain synchronised to the video, resulting in silences/glitching (stutter).

Game was peaking ~62fps for me which gave a bit of stutter every now and then.
Limited it to 60 and all stutter is gone.
