Apex legends - Olympus Skybox City

Details:
*Blueflytrap's PBR
*Bone groups for Sky/Dome/City/Clouds
*Body groups to enable/disable parts of the model
*Rotation of clouds by default (Can go to animation sequence to change to Idle)
*Material proxies for 2d moving vehicles
