Personally I could find this to be quite helpful in ranked games especially. Loba should be able to grab respawn banners through her shop but it would take a slot from grabbed items. But it would help in clutch situations where the enemy just puppy guards your teammates deathbox. Like how Crypto can sit 100m away and grab their teammates banner, Loba could grab it from her shop. Cause when you think about it Loba is awful at her job she feels nothing like a support character, sure access to high tier loot but that's really it. Having this in the game will make Loba feel just a smidge more useful.

The only really helpful legends that can genuinely contribute to helping the team the most is Seer and Lifeline. Now please i made this list based off of LEGEND'S ABILITIES and how they CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM do not go full twitter L + Ratio on me, it's just a biased opinion from my prospective feel free to criticize me wrong if you want but Loba doesn't help a lot on the list because her only "support" ability is her ultimate, and a solid 35% of the time you will have that one loba on you team that opens the shop grabs all the high tier loot and closes it before you even get a chance to look at the shop.
