Temporary Legacy Councillor Fix

Kuvaus
This is a temporary fix to councilor tasks for the Legacy mod only.

Bug: The developer of Legacy forgot about the councilor task files. Why does this matter? Paradox allows mods to take priority over core files causing the game to be easily modifiable. So the Legacy mod still has only the three original councilor tasks making the four new tasks unable to be used. I just simply added Paradox's new code to the Legacy files so any changes Legacy has it still there, but also allows you to use the four new tasks as well.

The mod will still be compatible with the game and Legacy. I updated it anyway so the launcher will say it's good for a while.

Until you see Legacy's "Updated" change from Feb. 9, because I made this mod on Feb. 10, you will need this mod IF you want to use the new councilor tasks.
