Nothing fancy, just added seasons/weather to Berserker Country along with the same resource template as Dreg. It previously had none of these things and was completely dead.

i think adding flavour to other areas in the same manner as this mod would be excellent

Hey this is great please do this with other areas as well, this could be the start of a Dynamic Weather mod.

I mean, it makes no sense for it to rain at all times in Vain, considering it's topography it should only rain like once every week or so or everything should be flooded.

And it makes no sense that it never rains in the Borderlands, it has these giant spiked cacti that look like they soak up all the water, but it never rains so nothing should be able to live there.

Even the great desert should get rain every once in awhile, like obviously with no fertility bonus because it's a sand desert but in the real world it rains in the desert sometimes.
