For those who do not understand why this addon I explain, this is one of the experimental addons, as ragdolls by default in the game are created on the client side they can be controlled by the client, it does not give the opportunity to either harm the server or other players, but allows fun to fly around the map controlling his dead body.
It's basically an observer mode.

• cl_flying_ragdolls <0/1> (def. 1)
  
• cl_flying_ragdolls_speed <0/10000> (def. 10)
