The apple will look like this.It won't appear in the beginning of the game.You will need to do some missions until it appears.When it appears all you need to do is step on it for the achievement to unlock. In case you get trapped remember that you can use UV light so save yourself.

What is this button?
Press the button in the basement (school)

Leave the van and go inside the bulding. On the first floor on your left side you will see a door like on the picture. Go inside the room like on screenshot 2 and after that go to the door that is infont. In this room you will see that you cannot open the door unless you press the lever . Also remember that when a friend is being capture you can only release them from this door after you press the lever.

This achievement's description is wrong. You will get it the same way you will get "so much better". Basically use your syrigne one time when an ally has rescued you and you will get it.
