In the course of surviving on the rimworlds, The Eccentric's research and development team has produced a long list of weapons, apparel, and equipment that are considered standard issue.

These... are not on that list.

Mod Content

Signature Weapons adds unique weapons from The Eccentric's Angels webcomic to Rimworld!

Currently, these include:

  • Hanna's Monoscythe - A short-hafted plasteel and polymer polearm that switches between a two-handed mace and a scythe with mechanite-sharpened mono-molecular blades, this exceptionally dangerous and arguably impractical weapon was custom-built for Hanna Maxwell, a security specialist at Angel's Rest. Long Blades and High-Density Hex-Cells must be researched first before it can be built at the Nanoassembler, and Luciferium is required in its construction.
  • Toni's S8 Burst Pistol - This custom S8 pistol has been heavily modified with burst-fire capability, an extended magazine, and a laser module for use by Antonino "Toni" Cefalu, a combat medic at Angel's Rest who prefers melee but recognizes the need for a compact, one-handed firearm capable of suppressive fire. It requires Miniaturized Charged Shot to be researched before it can be built at the Nanoassembler.
  • Hitomi's E16 Precision Charge Rifle - (requires Eccentric Tech - Defense Grid) This E16 rifle has been customized by Hitomi Luckhardt, a marksman of Angel's Rest. It has been fitted with both a Target Acquisition and Guidance module for designating defense network missile artillery as well as a rifle suppressor.

Mod Compatibility



This mod requires Eccentric Tech - Foxy's Armory to function.



This mod is natively compatible with Combat Extended and will self-patch if loaded after CE!

Save Compatibility

Mods are never completely safe to add or remove mid-game, but this mod only adds additional content so it should be safe to add and save to remove so long as you fully delete all spawned and equipped items from it first.

Any chances we get more signature weapons? I remember in one of your posts on reddit showing your characters had foxy with a suppressed carbine of some kind with a vertical grip. I thought it looked really cool and was hoping we'd get something like that.

@Ein - ChatGPT is not a replacement for actual troubleshooting and is feeding you pure hallucinations in this case. This mod does not touch anything to do with pawn generation and has zero chance of being the actual culprit in your compatibility issue; I suggest checking in with the #troubleshooting staff in the RimWorld Discord instead of asking an AI something it has no chance of actually understanding.

Dear Author,
I found new generated NPC did not equip any weapon after loading this mod.
Here is my part of log:
@@@ target=RimWorld.PawnGroupKindWorker_Normal.GeneratePawns index=97 HIT!!!

I tried to use CHATGPT to verify then it show me this issue probably caused by this mod since the mod overwrite logic of PawnGroupMaker / PawnKindDef and GenerateGearFor().
Secondly, I uninstall this mod then regenerate raid by dev mode then above issue is fixed.

It will be appreciated if you have time to re-check it, thank you.

@Aelanna Hi! I see from the change notes that the mod has been updated to support Combat Extended 1.5 but there are no patches for it neither ingame nor in the mod files

Interesting, because I am getting errors about it even though I'm not using CE (so it shouldn't even be getting loaded). It actually might just be a warning though, so I'll take another look at it on my end (hard to tell since my log is super long so I can't see it in-game).

@AerosAtar - Thank you for the report! However, as you can verify on their public repo, the field for defining draw size in Combat Extended's GunDrawExtension is indeed "DrawSize" [github.com]. You can also verify this by looking at official Combat Extended patches for the vanilla game [github.com]. Finally, fields on ThingComps and DefModExtensions are case-sensitive and also verified against the classes they resolve to, so if I had written the field incorrectly then it would have thrown red errors when loading.

Thus, no, I don't really want to "fix" that. ;)

Your CE_Melee patch file contains at least one instance where you have used <DrawSize> instead of <drawSize>. You probably want to fix that... ;)

Have a Royalty game where I set Hanna's Monoscythe to be one of the religious artifacts of my ideoligion - finally finished the quests to get it about 5 years into the game.

Legendary Monoscythe stats out at about 19.5 dps (41.3 per blade strike), and 100% armor penetration. So... that's kind of extreme. Good thing it's truly one of a kind in this case. :D
