On sound settings go to Sound Control Panel

On the control panel right click on your default speakers and properties

From there just go to Enhancements and check Loudness Equalization

What this do is compress your audio and everything will try to be on the same level, even the audio channels.
Remember to disable this when you're done.

If you don't have this option check if you have a gpu audio driver, uninstall it and get another one like Realtek, take in mind this will not work for everyone.
