"Here's another photo from my British Columbia trip. This is Mount Baker in Washington state, an active volcano over 10,000 ft high. I shot it from the pier at White Rock, which is around 60 miles away, with a very long telephoto lens. Luminar helped me to get rid of the haze and boost the contrast to make it more clearly visible."

That's a nice shot of Mt. Baker. Living on Vancouver Island on a clear day this mountain can be seen and it's odd to think it's not even in Canada. Very majestic.

Yes, some places are quite built up. We visited Vancouver for one day, that was enough. I can't understand why anyone would want to live in a big city. I once lived in London for a few months, it was like living in a constantly swarming anthill with millions of ants.

Come to Vanpoover during the day and it is getting like Hong Kong cause they are building massive condo buildings everywhere.

Yes Canada always did seem very spacious to me like one big vast fishing village or town.

@Nice - thanks!

@Hell - surprising for the end of August, but I guess they have a lot of space in Canada.

@Kozzy - yeah, had a great time, wonderful part of the world to live in. Two weeks in August with temperatures in the high 20s. Shame we couldn't have stayed longer.
