Press C, Raise shoulders and contract elbows = Space 2 times.

Contract both pecs, extend neck, grab with both hands = Space 5 times.

Extend both elbows = Head ripped off.

The Move: Uke's Head
Press C, contract both hips, contract abs, raise both shoulders, contract both pecs, grab with both hands = Space 4 times.

Extend both hips, lower both shoulders = Uke's head ripped off.

Uke's head: C, raise both shoulders, contract both pecs, Space, grab both hands, lower both shoulders, space, contract both hips = uke's head. you'll be in the air though
