Mass effect 1 was kind of remade from scratch in new engine and even rest were made to be compatible and to run in new engine ...and Legendary Edition are all games in one ! and this game never had any bugs ...well at least i didnt encounter any bug in my all walktroughs of the game ! So Mass Effect is and will always be above a lot of AAA titles !

Not in a new engine though. Imagine the trilogy as a single AAA title, a single continuous game. Excluding the otherwise obligatory rushed development, endless bugs and glitches, and poor optimization that AAA-titles are usually known for of course.
