I just put many turrets into a square

with nvidia parameter you can lock the framerate to 30fps for this game without doing stuff to the screen parameters

Worked fine after changing my monitor refresh rate to 50hz. In game FPS settings weren't doing anything for me.

Yours nearly worked most of the time (but still the revenant prevailed) i used the alternative solution in the comments and it worked, no idea what´s happening, maybe the FPS
