- Hunger: Scale damage taken while starving, or damage dealt when full
- Thirst: Scale damage dealth while dehydrated, or passive heal when full
- Oxygen: Depletes while underwater, take damage when empty

- Poison: Specific damage type causes passive damage until you use antivenom
- Bleed: Slash damage type causes passive damage, but depletes over time

- Alcohol: Blurs screen until it depletes (forced movement coming soon)
- Drugs: All screenspace systems prevent epilepsy-inducing effects
