your address didn't work for me but i went through the process as you described and for me it was address 066401EC, so the "01EC" seems to be a good indicator
The base FOV value is a float of value 65. The address seems to always be 039A01EC.
How I got the value -
Simply looking up 65.0000 in float in CE and pressing next a couple of times while playing will narrow it down to about ~100 values.
Zoom in with the first pistol you get and 5 values should be changing (down to 48). The value above the 5 values is the base FOV. Change it to 110 or whatever FOV you prefer.
This still makes guns zoom to whatever FOV they're set to (ie handgun to 48).
