I have been looking for this old" Action Camera" mutator myself for a long time - at least the one that actually works with UT3 Black. Why? Well it is by far the best one of the "third person camera" mutators out there. It doesn't shift the aim and things like that. And it looks very modern. Here is how it looks like:











When I found it here I decided to upload it as well for preservation. All credits go to the guy whoever made it and fixed it.
