honestly, the titlecard intro thing always looked like crap, and you just know they only did it as some weird flex.

I like the mod, but I've no use for it. Reason being: cold stream sucks donkey schlong.

Ya its always been there. It was a common staple of custom campaigns to include a floating banner. Still present when Valve added the community made campaign to the game
