this guide will show you how to get the game running without the audio stutter or frame drop/stutter

1. find and keep note of your monitor or tv refresh rate and resolution
open settings from start menu and go to display and keep note of your resolution and frame rate that is currently set
2. nvidia control panel
go to 3d application settings and add one piece world seeker you can find the game directory by going to istall drive and going to steamapps and common folder and one piece world seeker folder OR right click on the game in steam and click browse local files and copy that directory over to nvidia control panel after that set vsync to on and your max frame rate to your current monitors refresh rate then apply and close nvidia control panel
3. in game settings
go to options and advanced settings in game and apply the following settings as listed below

Resolution Scaling : 1

Dynamic Resolution : On

Vertical Sync : Off

Anti-aliasing : TAA

Motion Blur : On

Ambient Occlusion : Off

Shadow Resolution : Low

Texture Quality : Medium

Anisotropic Filtering : x4

Screen Space Reflection : Medium

Volumetric Fog : Medium

motion blur you can adjust based on preference but i find the game runs smoother with it on
also run the game in full screen at your native monitor resolution for max performance
disclaimers
this fix is for nvidia gpus only there may be alternate method similar to this fix for amd but i dont know of an amd fix
also this fix worked perfectly for me to remove the audio stutter bug and frame drops and performance inconsistencies and i played it for 7 hours straight without any issues after this fix but please keep in mind your millage may very depending on your configuration/ pc build i have gtx 1650 super and a 6 core 12 thread ryzen processor and this fix works on those specs

and finally if this fix worked for you try to get this guide out to others to help them fix their game as well and if you want to a reward is always welcome but not nessicary i just want to help people fix this game so they can play it cause its a really good game

How do you do it with an intel?

Windows 10 Fix below.

The fix that helped me was:
> go into start menu
> type "graphics settings"
> click browse
> enter your one piece .exe on steam should be something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ONE PIECE WORLD SEEKER\OPWS.exe"
> after it's added click on One Piece app and click options
> change to high performance.

I'm assuming it's roughly the same as the Nvidia fix but I couldn't find the high performance option in Nvidia app.

hmmm step 3 in game settings well first the game has to load past the play button from steam...

Has anyone found a fix for devices with :
Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7
Intel Iris Xe
16 GB RAM
Windows 11 64-bit

Certain areas, I have dips as well and setting everything to low does not fix it. In fact, High settings excluding filtering and scaling has the same dips as low settings. Please help

bro every time i click play my screen turns black and a bit of white on top and goes back to the game page. please help

the just crashes every time i open it i tryed verifingintegrity of the game files like the comment bleow me said but is still crashes

@RapterRex im not sure but verifying integrity of game files through steam may fix it if not there may be a custom patch somewhere to fix it

everytime
i try and go onto the game it just crashes is there anyway to fix that?
