the poles disappear when I place them on the roads (even with move it) how i can fix it?

@aubergine18 "Network Multitool" or "Elektrix's Road Tools" only flips segment, node will not flip. And segment itself is symmetric, thus need to flip pole building by "Move It".

You could potentially use the "Network Multitool" mod by macsergey to flip the direction (I've not tested it, but it works on other network types such as roads and quays).
