Thanks halbdurch. It seem worse than it is in the long run. I'm still struggling to get these new changes to work so buying land is not a priority now anyway.

@Endar Not really. You don´t need to buy all the land. It´s more freedom instead. You can choose what you prefer - agriculture or (wood) chopping. If you check my screenshots you´ll see that I own a lot of land already. A Farmer´s Life isn´t that easy - you need to work for it but at least it is possible to become a landlord in nowhereland

These prices are way too high.
