to t-pose as scout load into a match and equip the mad milk (if you dont have it just play the game for a certain amount of time or buy the scout starter pack) and kill bind.(look up a kill bind tutorial if u dont know how to) then when you respawn throw the mad milk,hold m1 and pick up the madmilk and BOOM,tpose. if u want to tpose as sniper do the same thing but with jarate. hopefully this helped.
