How to play smart when you not playing?
I think you emotionally unstable while playing the game,
I always advise people like you to make sure if you play to have fun and if not consider not playing it, or be aware that loosing is a part of the game and be humble with winning.
The game is not perfect i had plenty of games that either me or someone in my team was heavy lagging or you play with invisible people in either team etc.
