Norsca garrison upgrade + walls

描述
Improves norsca settlement & outpost garrisons, works for AI too. Can be added during campaign. Major settlements get walls from any level defence building, minor settlements get them at tier 3.

Works with norsca occupy anywhere, but the major outposts go to tier 5 so these walls disappear after tier 3. I'll maybe look into this at some point. I don't know what battle map this uses or how to change it.

Tier1:
2x marauder spearmen
2x marauders
2x marauder champions
2x chaos warhounds
2x marauder berserkers

Tier2:
4x marauder berserkers
2x marauder champions
2x fimir warriors
2x norscan trolls

Tier3:
2x marauder berserkers
2x marauder champions
2x frost wyrm
2x fimir warriors
2x war mammoth

Major settlement & outpost walls:

Tier1:
4x marauders
2x chaos warhounds

That only happens with the "norsca occupy anywhere" mod. All major non-norsca cities are outposts that go to tier 5, in my own campaign the walls just disappeared after tier 3. I was suprised to see this too, so I'll need to take a look at how the mod works at some point.

wait, so in major settlements if you go past tier 3 the walls just, disappear?
shouldnt the walls be tied to the defence structure?

I added and removed this in the middle of my norsca campaign so it should be save game compatible.

About time I never understood the no walls wood walls for norsca. is this save game compitable?
