heres a way first get the trash can and usless stuff step 2 hit the lever and get the orange key step 3 unlock the gun room grab the gun step 4 peek at the door and open the menu and close it grab the chair get the keycard step 5 get on the train tracks and get the crowbar and get out the window Finaly unboard the boards and insert the key card and open the basment and there you go.
