Glare, the Specular Swindler, fights using light and prisms!

Hold jump to slow your fall by spinning your wings. Shield-cancel the NSpecial charge to store it (like Ranno) but also swap between Ultraviolet and Infrared light. Hit foes into a prism with certain moves to trap them for combos!

This character is just INCREDIBLE, the design, the sideB, the mechanics... I LOVE it. But... please... can you let us keep the neutral b charge without changing color ? I play most of the time with red, but i can't store it and stay red, which can be annoying
Also the down air used on the prism makes it shoot horizontally (but I don't know if it's annoying to someone else than me)

I love all of your characters and Glare is my favorite workshop character hands down. He feels honest and takes the fun aspects of both joker and Shiek. Keep up the good work! :cupup:
